To maximize the quality and longevity of this product, it is suggested that it is washed and maintained in accordance to the instructions below:

  1. Remove garment entirely from body.

  2. Turn garment inside-out and/or ouside-in, depending on it’s original state, so that the print side ends up facing inward before washing.

  3. Place garment entirely in washing machine with/or without other soiled laundry.

  4. Set water temperature to COLD.

  5. Add MILD DETERGENT, {**That’s “MILD” as in “volume” and not as in “spiciness”].

  6. [*SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE WASHING MACHINE WHICH YOU WILL BE USING TO WASH THIS GARMENT] : Place Quarters into coin-slots and slide forward..

  7. Turn on machine and find something to do for a while.

  8. When buzzer sounds, remove garment from machine with/or without additional laundry,

  9. Place garment(s) into dryer and set on LOW HEAT. [*You may choose to leave the garment inside-out if you choose to during the drying process but it is not mandatory].

  10. [**REPEAT STEP 6, UNLESS YOU OWN THE DRYER YOU WILL BE USING TO DRY THE GARMENT(s). OTHERWISE PROCEED DIRECTLY TO STEP 11.]

  11. DO NOT ADD FABRIC SOFTENER! [**Not even a little bit]!

  12. Check dryer for cats and any fabric softener that may have crept in there before shutting the door.

  13. Turn on dryer and find something to do to occupy yourself.

  14. REPEAT STEP 8 and then proceed to STEP 15.

  15. Turn garment right-side out if it was right-side in before putting on your torso and/or away.

  16. *NEVER IRON DIRECTLY OVER DESIGN, or anywhere on garment while you are wearing it. EVER!

  18. When the armpit-region of garment surpasses an acceptable musk-level, REPEAT STEPS 1-18.

Immortal Conquest is my largest stencil/collage piece to date. Scaling at approximately 9’ in diameter, it’s the type of behemoth needed to represent the force iconic imagery. I based this piece on an ancient bust of Alexander of the Great, who appeared as the first mortal man to be engraved on ancient Greek coinage (tetradrachms and drachms). By appearing on the same image-platform priory reserved for gods, these coins served Alexander as propaganda which elevated him to a godlike level. Initially when I created this work in the spring 2016, the design’s banana was meant to link the piece to the graffiti/art world. The size and color was a loud voice. Today in 2020, the image seems more relevant than it did then. May you wear this design confidently as you pursue your own conquests..
